Here in Portugal after a very wet abnormally long winter it is still `very` below average, says reader.
We even had rain last week , avg temps have been 16 for the day and 6 for the night, this time last year it was 41 and 29, certainly not normal for the end of June beginning of July in Portugal.
The plants and trees are starting to show signs of stress, and the grapevines are starting to get severe mildew and mold problems.
To be honest it is more like late September weather at the moment.
