For the second morning in a row, Jacksonville, Florida, dropped to a new record low.

Thursday morning’s temperature dropped to a bone chilling 24°F (-4.5 C) breaking the old record of 30°F (-1.1 C)set in 1873.

24 degrees! In November!

Thursday’s 24°F also marks the second lowest temperature ever recorded in the entire month of November, beaten only by the year 1970 when the mercury dropped to 21°F in Jacksonville in November.
