We’re talking about the tropics here!
A major hail storm covered parts of Colombia’s capital, Bogota, on Sunday with a 24-inch layer of icy snow, damaging rooftops and trees and causing emergencies across the city.
The Bogota Disaster Rick and Prevention unit was called to rescue four people from a parking garage where the roof collapsed.
According to Wikipedia, “the Climate of Colombia is characterized for being tropical.”
