This is contrary to what the MSM has been saying.
According to the Denmark Meteorological Institute, the ARCTIC sea ice extent is as high for this date as it has been in a decade.
That means the ice just isn’t melting as fast as it has in recent years. This is how multiyear ice begins to accumulate.
It will be interesting to see where things are at the end of the melt season.
