29 July 2015 – “One of the most dismal summers in living memory,” says the Scotsman newspaper.
The winter woollies alert comes as forecasters predict the country will be hit by unseasonably cold conditions, with the possibility of snow in some of the most scenic parts of the country.
According to the Scotsman newspaper the road gritting lorries have been out in Perthshire Central Scotland, says reader Ben Vorlich.
