About 36 inches (90 cm) of powder fell on Mammoth Mountain’s summit in just two days, while lower elevations saw up to 20 inches. The ski resort reported a base depth of 22 inches at the lodge and 42 inches at the summit. Lake Tahoe recorded a foot of snow.
