Russia – Unexpected blizzard in Bratsk

6 Apr 2016 – An unexpected early April blizzard yesterday presented an unpleasant surprise for people in Bratsk  (Irkutsk region). 

With the streets buried in the wet snow,  motorists had to maneuver on the slippery streets.
