Military and police may be used to restore power to several hundred thousand customers.
Throughout its existence, Georgia’s energy industry has not experienced such a powerful crisis, said Georgian Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze on Dec.16.
The villages of Khulo, Shuakhevi and Keda, where work has been hampered by snow drifts and complex terrain, are still without electricity, Kaladze said.
