Antarctic Sea Ice Sets Yet Another Record

Breaks old record by 26,500 sq km. That’s an area bigger than Vermont,

which contains 24,923 sq km (9,620 sq miles).

The old record was set in 2008.

The 1st daily record for Antarctic Sea Ice Extent in 2014 was set yesterday on day 15.
