Heavy snow blanketed six regions in western Ukraine last week, causing power outages and disrupting public transport, according to the State Service for Emergencies.
Public transports were stuck in Lvov city overnight, some bus and trolley buses services were canceled, and at least four trams derailed.
Officials also reported traffic jams on the international highway linking the Ukrainian capital and the Hungarian border.
In the Ternopol region, snowfalls led to the closure of schools and traffic disruptions.
