The following is a summary of weather event information received by Environment Canada.
- Thompson – New record of -38.0c (-36.4F) beats old record of -37.5c (-35.5F) set in 1984
- Island Lake – New record of -33.9c (-29.0F) beats old record of -32.3c (-26.1F) set in 2013
- Lynn Lake – New record of -39.0c (-38.2F) beats old record of -37.2c (-35.0) set in 1984
