Video – Underwater volcano erupting near Tonga

Shoots smoke, steam and ash thousands of feet into the sky.

Although a large eruption took place at Hunga Tonga-Hunga Haʻapai undersea volcano on 31 Dec 2014, this particular video was taken on 19 Mar 2014.

The volcano is just one of 36 underwater volcanoes in the area, according to the video.

Gee. I wonder what heats the oceans?
