3 Jan 2015 – Two inches of snow piled up in the afternoon (Saturday) at the bottom of Hermon.
This is only the beginning as part of a large winter to reach us later in the week.

Blizzards also hit Palestine
The newspaper “Yediot Ahronot” confirmed that the first blizzards hit the occupied Palestine today, where the snow accumulated on the northern areas of the occupied Palestinian territories.
The snow led to the closure of roads, which led to the use of snow bulldozers in an attempt to open the road to traffic.
The Meteorological Agency in Israel forecast that the snowfall will extends to near the city of Jerusalem suburbs.
