Baguio plunges to new 10.8°C low 

27 Jan 2016 – Usually one of the coldest cities in the country due to its elevation, Baguio City posted a new low of 10.8°C early Wednesday, January 27, according to a report on GMA News To Go.

This is lower than the 11.5°C posted last January 25.

Parents had to bundle up schoolchildren because of the unexpected chill.
