A few notable snow totals reported in Upstate New York as of Thursday night:
- Mexico: 37 inches
- Parish: 37 inches
- Southeast of Minetto: 33.2 inches
- Oswego: 32 inches
- Hastings: 31 inches
The National Weather Service has issued a lake-effect snow warning for Friday morning through Friday night where up to a foot of additional snow is possible.
Visibilities may drop to as low as a quarter of a mile at times, making travel difficult.
