A pair of storms moving across the U.S.A. could combine to bring more snow to the Northeast.

One storm, spreading snow from the Cascades and northern Rockies, is expected to bring snow to the Dakotas, Minnesota and western Wisconsin tonight, the Weather Channel said.

There is also a chance of snow in parts of West Virginia, Pennsylvania and  Virginia tonight, according to meteorologists.

Another storm moving over the Ohio Valley could join the northern system to produce a “fairly potent storm off the New England coast Tuesday,” the Weather Channel said, dumping snow and freezing rain on New England and other interior sections of the Northeast.

Snow is also possible on the I-95 corridor from Washington to Philadelphia Sunday night and from New York to Boston Monday night, the Weather Channel added.
